• Manufactured to comply with BS EN345.
• Protection class - S1 safety basic - anti-static - heel energy absorption. Penetration resistant midsole
• Upper materials - Printed leather
• Lining materials - Vamp lining - non woven material. Quarter lining - cambrelle® 150 to 2mm foam.both materials provide comfort, are absorbent, breathable, hard wearing and resistant to rot and mildew.
• Interlining - Topband is padded with foam for additional comfort.
• Threads - Made from polyester / cotton
• Fastenings - 4 d rings. All fastenings are rust resistant.
• Internal toe cap - Hardened rust resistant steel toe cap with rubber flange. Provides protection against injury to the toes caused by falling objects - level of protection 200 joules. Also protection against compression injury caused by the toes being trapped under a heavy object - level of protection 15kn.
• Insole - 3mm non woven anti-static board.
• Heel reinforcement - Internal moulded thermoplastic stiffener for additional support and rigidity at the heel.
• Penetration resistant midsole - A steel midsole provides protection to the bottom of the foot against penetration by sharp objects such as nails - level of protection 1100n.
• Sole - Direct moulded dual density anti-static sole. Comprising of a low density lightweight polyurethane midsole to provide comfort and reduce muscle fatigue and a hardwearing solid polyurethane outsole for durability and abrasion resistance.the outsole has a deep cleated tread design to improve grip.both midsole and outsole are oil resistant. To reduce injury caused by falling back onto the heel, the heel of the footwear absorbs some of the energy - level of protection 20 joules.
• Anti-static properties - Range of electrical resistance 0.1 m ohm to 1000 m ohm.
• Laces - Black flat tagged woven polyester.
• Sock - Contoured footbed for underfoot comfort.
