TOOLSTOP offers a same day despatch* service on all orders made before the following cut off times.

** All orders received after 2pm Friday or on Saturday or Sunday will be despatched the following Monday for delivery on Tuesday.

UK Mainland orders below $155.21 (inc VAT) are subject to a $10.90 handling and packaging fee. (PLEASE NOTE, deliveries outside the UK mainland are subject to delivery surcharges - see foot of page for full details)

As soon as your order is despatched we will notify you by e-mail. If it is not possible to deliver your order within the allotted time period or if for any reason it is not possible to fulfil your order we will inform you by email or telephone.

Should your order consist of multiple items, some of which are not listed as in stock, we will dispatch the complete order once everything has arrived in stock. This will generally be no longer than 1 week. Should lead times be more than 1 week we will contact you via e-mail or telephone.

Next day delivery is defined as "the next working day following your order between 8am and 6pm". For more specific delivery times please select from the various options at checkout (See foot of page for details)

All deliveries will be made by road transport carrier and will require a signature on delivery. Customers should make every effort to be available to receive the delivery as no parcels will be left without a signature. In the event the customer not being in when delivery is attempted, a card will be left detailing the drivers actions e.g. taken to a convenient local collection point ***, left with neighbour, details of how to arrange a redelivery or to collect from the local parcel company depot.

We also offer a pallet delivery sevice for bulky orders. Please ensure you have an appropriate offload facility for the receiving of pallets. There may be a surcharge for bulky orders - we will contact you before despatch of your order.

Local orders can be collected during office hours at our warehouse in Hamilton, Lanarkshire or can be delivered same day at extra cost to be confirmed at the time of the order.

It is advisable to inspect the goods prior to signing for delivery. If you can see any damage whatsoever to the packaging sign for the goods as damaged. If this is not possible please ensure you sign for the goods unexamined to allow us to take any claims up with our delivery partners if necessary.

Dates stated for delivery are approximate only and TOOLSTOP shall not be liable for any delays in delivery howsoever caused.

Prices for delivery are subject to change without prior notice by TOOLSTOP. TOOLSTOP reserve the right to contact the customer prior to despatch of goods to inform of a change in the cost of delivery.

PLEASE NOTE - Offshore and International orders which weigh more than 30kg are subject to surcharges. We will contact you for payment if required.
