The DEWALT 28V rotary hammer with NANO™ Technology features an exclusive battery that is designed with unique Nano Phosphate Lithium Ion cells that provide users with increased battery durability and cycle life, offering 2,000 recharges. Additionally, internal testing evaluated the run-time of the DC228KL against other cordless rotary hammers and found that the DC228KL drilled an average of 63 holes that were 1/2" x 2" deep into 3,500 psi concrete. The DC228KL is equipped with a DEWALT-built, high-power, high-efficiency motor and 1.9 ft-lb of impact energy, providing professional contractors with enough power to complete heavy-duty jobsite applications.
