How do I place an order?
Credit is only granted upon receipt of an official stamped and authorised purchase order from public sector bodies. We will accept Purchase Orders received via:

What details should I include on my purchase order?
- Order originator contact details. (Full name, postal address, email address and landline phone number).
- Delivery contact details. (as above)
- Invoicing contact details (as above).
- A purchase order number or reference which should be clearly identifiable
- Details of the items you want to purchase, including the following (where applicable)
- Toolstop Part Number
- Product Name
- Detail of any variables (E.g. Voltage, Size, Colour, Length, etc)
- Full authorizing signatures and stamp
Any special instructions, for example regarding delivery. These will be complied with wherever possible.
Including all the above details will ensure we can despatch your order as efficiently and speedily as possible.

Can we place an order online?
Of course. Toolstop can set your company up with access to our website which allows you or your employees to log-in to your own dedicated area on the website which can be set up to accept purchasing cards, order numbers or simply print a faxable sheet with your order on.
The Toolstop website can fully integrate with your ordering software. We are able to interface our website with systems such as Oracle, SAP, Coins and PECOS. This makes your whole ordering experience quick, easy and secure.

When will we receive our order?
Where goods are in stock we will ship your order for next business day delivery. We will comply with any special requests you may have made on your order regarding delivery details/personnel/dates wherever practically possible. If there is likely to be a significant delay to your order due to stock problems we will contact you.
