How to Get Our Podcasts in iTunes

Back in 2004 a few guys developed a way to syndicate - or publish - small audio files using RSS.
Very quickly the phenomenon of people making their own little "radio programs" at home and syndicating them to a world-wide audience exploded.
By the summer of 2005 Apple had re-worked their popular media distribution platform, iTunes, so that podcasts were supported.
Podcasting had gone mainstream.
Toolstop have had an audio and several video podcasts since 2009 and in this post we want to show you how easy it is to have them automatically downloaded to your computer for free!
1. Get iTunes
iTunes is a free download from Apple. Get it for PC or Mac here. Once you've downloaded the file, install it to your computer. Just follow the instructions, you'll be fine.
2. Search the Store
iTunes is a multi-media store. It distributes albums, movies and books. It also distributes the Toolstop podcasts. So, search for "toolstop".
3. Take Your Pick
Click the image to get a bigger view.
Once you've chosen the podcast you want to have, just click subscribe.
4. Now What?
iTunes will now start download the most recent edition of the Toolstop podcast to your computer.
It stores theses audio or video files in your iTunes library, which will normally be found in your Music folder.
All you need to do now if play our podcasts! A quick double-click on the podcast episode you want will start it playing in iTunes.
