The Makita DCS4301 is fitted with a new safety feature called the "Touch & Stop System". A light tap on the combination switch is enough to stop the engine instantly in any situation and the switch will automatically return to the starting position.

- The tool has been abused, misused or improperly maintained.
- Alterations have been made to the tool.
- This does not affect your statutory rights.
