Record 930H 30"/760mm heavy duty arm adjusted centre cut - high tensile bolt cutters.

Features:

• Centre cut jaws have short nose for trouble free cutting of pre-stressed concrete reinforcing rods, mesh and wire, high tensile steel rods, bolts and case hardened chain, cold drawn alloy steel and tempered sprung wire.
• IRWIN Record bolt cutters made their debut in 1923.
• A bolt cutter consists of two drop-forged steel handles, which open and close the jaws through a compound action and built in stops will yield rather than break for safety.
• This action means that every pound of force applied to the handles is amplified to produce 80lbs of force between the jaws.
• The jaws are dropforged from a special steel and machined to precise specifications. This produces a resilient body and rigid cutting edge.
• Care is required in selecting the correct tool and cutting head to suit material to be cut.
