Top Tools To Deal With the Winter Chaos
Posted by Mark Hunter - December 28, 2010
At Toolstop we're always prepared to do the leg work (or spade work, depending on your trade/industry) so you don't have to.
This time around, we've compiled a list of essential tools to help deal with the winter chaos. And with more wintry misery forecast for Scotland, the time couldn't be more right for you to log onto the Toolstop website and put your orders in.
Every household needs one when it snows, especially for the little kiddies who can't wait to go "wheeeee" all the way down that steep hill across the road, the one with the fast flowing river at the bottom. It's a sledgehammer.
Of course, some of us are a little more adventurous, so a faster sledding device is needed, something like a plumb bobsleigh. (It gets worse.)
News reports have abounded over the past couple of weeks of Rothenberger frozen pipes. This is a problem that isn't going to get any better this winter, so the Rothenberger would certainly come in useful for defrosting the pipes...
And if the pipes burst and you come home to a livingroom like a skating rink, reciproskating saw.
Of course, all of this winter misery will be long forgotten as we move into the most festive time of the year, a time to Black and Decker the halls (ideal for cleaning up pine needles) with...well, probably extra layers of insulation.
Either way, we hope you're all staying warm and cosy this Christmas.
