The Draper 26482 VDE pliers allow you to work safely around electricity. They are fully insulated, featuring a hardened and tempered cutting edge to remain sharper for longer. These insulated pliers are very versatile. They have a flat cutter on the tip of the head for use on cable ties, a wire stripper, a diagonal cutter for medium hard wire and more.
