EVODRILL is a high quality dry diamond core for use on rotary and percussion action drills. The combination of the rotational function and subtle pulsing from the percussion mechanism means the EVODRILL will drill faster and work harder through a wider range of building and construction materials when compared to other makes of diamond cores. When using dry diamond cores PDP recommend using a purpose designed dry diamond core machine. These types of machines are a minimum of 850 watts, and are fitted with a slipping clutch and variable speed control. This insures safe and fast trouble-free drilling. Dry cores can be re-tipped subject to the barrel being in acceptable condition.
Typical Applications - Hard materials such as; engineering brick, clay products and natural stone. Regular building & construction materials such as; facing bricks, handmade bricks and all types of dense & lightweight concrete blocks - EVODRILL dry cores can even be used for drilling concrete with hard aggregate.
