How do I return an item?

  • If you wish to return an item/s, go to the 'orders' section in your account or click here. You can also contact us on 0800 107 8665 or email customerservices@toolstop.co.uk for any further assistance.
  • You will have to arrange the return of the goods yourself and track them using a reputable carrier. We ask you to ensure the goods are returned to us in their unopened, original packaging in a saleable condition.
  • If the item meets the correct standard then we will refund the total cost of the goods.

How do I return a faulty or incorrect item?

  • If we have supplied an item incorrectly, or if it is damaged when received or is faulty when received, you can return your item within 14 days. To return your item/s please go to the 'orders' section in your account or click here.
  • If you have had your item for more than 14 days then you can organise a return using your manufacturers warranty.
  • If you require any further assistance please contact us on 0800 107 8665 or customerservices@toolstop.co.uk.
  • Toolstop will arrange the uplift of the goods. Should we, after inspection of said items be satisfied as to the alleged defects we will either replace the goods or arrange a refund of the full value of the goods and any carriage costs incurred.
  • It is advisable to inspect the goods prior to signing for delivery. If you can see any damage whatsoever to the packaging please sign for the goods as damaged. If this is not possible please ensure you sign for the goods unexamined to allow us to take any claims up with our delivery partners if necessary.

Does my item come with a warranty?

  • All of our tools come with a manufacturers warranty. Most of our product pages have a link to the warranty procedure for that manufacturer and we encourage you to follow the instructions on these pages which will normally direct you to the manufacturers helpline. This is normally the fastest way of getting your warranty problem resolved. You can find the warranty info page here.
  • PLEASE NOTE: In the event your product develops a fault within the warranty period but after our 14 day no quibble return period, and Toolstop handles your warranty procedure on your behalf, a handling charge will apply and any customs charges or duty must be paid by the customer.
