Spear & Jackson Warranty Information
All Spear & Jackson UK Ltd tools are offered with a warranty against defects in material and manufacturing, subject to normal wear and tear and the provision of reasonable care and maintenance. This does not affect your statutory rights. The warranty period is typically 5, 10 or 15 years depending on the tool.
Any tool that has been incorrectly used and/or maintained, or that is worn from improper use or which has been subject to unauthorised modifications is not covered by this warranty.
To make a warranty claim, you must provide proof of purchase of your tool
Within the first 12 months from despatch, any tool found to be defective will be repaired, replaced or refunded at the full purchase price by the seller (Toolstop). Replacement or repair of the tool will be carried out as quickly as possible. Spear & Jackson UK Ltd does not provide for the transportation cost for repaired or replaced product.
Replacements and repairs provided under warranty do not lengthen or renew the original warranty period for the item.
