The Trend 46/20X1/2TC router cutter bit is designed for cutting the most abrasive materials such as plastic or plywood overlay. The tungsten carbide tips ensure maximum strength and long life and the self-guiding trimmers with bearings mounted on end of the cutter are perfect for following a template.
Features:
- For trimming plastic or plywood overlay
- Downcut to prevent breakout on veneer
- Self-guiding trimmers with bearings mounted on end of the cutter
- For copy profiling, use the bearing to follow a template or base edge of a board
- An approximate 3mm overlap should be left before copy profiling. When using plastic laminate adhesive to dry before trimming. This avoids clogging the guide bearing
