Items not Required - 60 Days to Return
We will endeavour to provide as much information within the content of our product pages to allow you to make an informed decision on your purchase. However, should you require to return any product, we will allow you to do so within 60 days of the day of receipt (EG if the item is an unwanted gift). If you do this, please contact Toolstop on 0800 107 8665 or firstname.lastname@example.org quoting your original invoice number. Toolstop will then e-mail you a RETURNS FORM and you must fill this in and enclose with the returned goods.
You will have to arrange the return of the goods yourself and track them using a reputable carrier.
We ask you to ensure the goods are returned to us in their unopened original packaging and in saleable condition. Please include a copy of the completed RETURNS FORM. This will help speed up the whole process.

We will refund the total cost of the goods. We can arrange uplift of the items at an extra charge.
Faulty, Incorrectly Supplied or Damaged Items - 14 Days to Return
If we have supplied an item incorrectly, or if it is damaged when received or is faulty when received you should notify us within 24 hours of receipt on 0800 107 8665 or email@example.com quoting your original invoice number. We will supply a RETURNS FORM which must be filled in and enclosed with the returned goods.
Toolstop will arrange the uplift of the goods. Should we, after inspection of said items be satisfied as to the alleged defects we will either replace the goods or arrange a refund of the full value of the goods and any carriage costs incurred.
It is advisable to inspect the goods prior to signing for delivery. If you can see any damage whatsoever to the packaging sign for the goods as damaged. If this is not possible please ensure you sign for the goods unexamined to allow us to take any claims up with our delivery partners if necessary.
All our tools come with a manufacturers warranty. Most of our product pages have a link to the warranty procedure for that manufacturer and we encourage you to follow the instructions on these pages which will normally direct you to the manufacturers helpline. This is normally the fastest way of getting your warranty problem resolved.
PLEASE NOTE: In the event your product develops a fault within the warranty period but after our 14 day no quibble return period, and Toolstop handles your warranty procedure on your behalf, a handling charge will apply and any customs charges or duty must be paid by the the customer.
PLEASE NOTE - if you are returning power tool batteries see this form from the Royal Mail. If the item you are returning cannot be returned via Royal Mail please use a signed for courier or contact us and we can arrange to uplift the goods for you.
