NORMAL UK DELIVERY SCHEDULE
TOOLSTOP offers a same day dispatch service on all orders made before the following cut off times (unless otherwise stated):
** All orders received after 5:15pm Friday or on Saturday or Sunday will be despatched the following Monday for delivery on Tuesday.
*UK Mainland orders below £25 (inc VAT) are subject to a £6.95 handling and packaging fee.
†We offer a 2 to 3 day delivery to the following postcodes - AB38, HS, IV21-28, IV40-49, IV51-56, KA27-28, KW5, KW11-17, PA36, PA40-80, ZE and all of Northern Ireland. There are some items we hold in stock at our suppliers premises and these will be clearly marked on the product page as well as on the basket pages.
Toolstop also offers UK mainland customers Saturday delivery for a flat rate of £5 (orders of £25 or over).
Deliveries outside the UK mainland are all subject to delivery charges - these charges are clearly specified on our product pages and at the checkout.
As soon as your order is despatched we will notify you by e-mail. If it is not possible to despatch your order within the allotted time period or if for any reason it is not possible to fulfil your order we will inform you by email or telephone.
†We endeavour to despatch your goods as above and if any extreme circumstance prevents us from doing this we will let you know. In some cases there may be circumstances outwith our control which prevent your next day delivery taking place (traffic problems, bad weather etc) and in this case we will update our twitter feed. Whereas we take every care to ensure that your product is delivered within the time stated we take no responsibility and will incur no liability for any late delivery or any 3rd party costs.
All deliveries will be made by road transport carrier or by air transport to some countries and will require a signature on delivery. Customers should make every effort to be available to receive the delivery as no parcels will be left without a signature. In the event the customer not being in when delivery is attempted, a card will be left detailing the drivers actions e.g. taken to a convenient local collection point , left with neighbour, details of how to arrange a redelivery or to collect from the local parcel company depot. We will only leave your delivery with a neighbour if you specify this in the order delivery note.
Local orders can be collected during office hours at our warehouse in Glasgow, Lanarkshire or can be delivered same day at extra cost to be confirmed at the time of the order.
It is advisable to inspect the goods prior to signing for delivery. If you can see any damage whatsoever to the packaging sign for the goods as damaged. If this is not possible please ensure you sign for the goods unexamined to allow us to take any claims up with our delivery partners if necessary.
Prices for delivery are subject to change without prior notice by TOOLSTOP. TOOLSTOP reserve the right to contact the customer prior to despatch of goods to inform of a change in the cost of delivery.
InPost Locker Delivery/Collection
For UK Mainland customers only - for your convenience you can have your delivery taken to an InPost 24/7 secure locker and collect it whenever suits you.
InPost have over 1,100 fully automated parcel lockers that are located nationwide.
All of InPost's 1,100 lockers are accessible 24/7, enabling you to collect your parcel at your earliest convenience in as little as 7 seconds. All of InPost's Parcel Lockers are located in well lit, safe and secure areas with ample parking. Locations include Morrisons supermarkets, ESSO petrol stations and Transport for London sites, as well as outside retailers such as Toys R Us.
Orders placed before 5.15pm will be delivered to a locker the next working day (Monday to Friday only). Just place your order online choosing your preferred InPost locker location. You will receive a text and email with a unique code once your parcel has been delivered to your chosen locker. Use the code at the locker to access your items.
Please note: you will have 72 hours from confirmation to collect your items before they are returned to us.

SPECIAL NOTICE - For deliveries to Norway there is an additional KR250 Formal Clearance charge. Therefore, to minimise charges, all deliveries to Norway will be delivered in 1 shipment once we have completely packed your order.

Our carriers do not deliver to PO Boxes or BFPO addresses. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause
Future UK Public Holidays
This is a list of forthcoming public holidays in the UK when our carriers do not collect from our warehouses and therefore your deliveries will be delayed by a day if the holiday falls within the delivery period. Overseas customers should bear in mind that your own local holidays may also impact delivery time.
