How do I place a Click & Collect order?
Just make your way through the Toolstop website as normal. When adding your shipping address at the checkout, you will be prompted with the option to Click & Collect (provided the address you've entered is within the 50km radius from our trade shop).
Where do I Click & Collect from?
Our trade shop is located at our warehouse in Bothwell Industrial estate:
Unit 2 Ashley Drive, Bothwell Industrial Estate, G71 8BS.
When you arrive at Toolstop, just follow the signs for COLLECTIONS and a member of our team will be able to grab your order for you.
Please bring photographic ID such as a driving licence.
When can I Click & Collect?
You can click & collect from us Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm. Please endeavour to collect your order within 2 working days.
