The Makita UH5570 is a mains-powered hedge trimmer with a 10-metre long power cord and a 55cm long cutting blade. The blade has a stain-free shear surface of glittering silver obtained by non-electrolyzed nickel plating that features a high anti-abrasion surface for a long-lasting coating. The smooth cutting action can cope with branches up to 18mm in diameter. The machine, for semi-professional applications, has been developed as the successor to the predecessor UH6350 / UH5550 / UH4850 / UH4050 series models, featuring renewed external appearance and more improved handling.
