The Sealey RS131 is an emergency jump starter, designed to provide power to vehicles in the case of battery shortage. This model is fitted with a 12V power socket that will accept any 12V device fitted with a vehicle accessory socket plug and two 5V/2.1A USB outlets for phones and tablets.
