The Sealey WPHJ03 is a Large Waterproof Jacket with three carbon fibre heating elements, one on the back and 2 on the chest. The heat is controllable by colour-coded buttons. This jacket will keep you warm on the coldest of days or provide a subtle warmth if you choose. Power bank not included but required, recommended 2A output for optimum use.
