Free Stuff & Free Rewards
'Free' products are conditionally awarded based on the purchase of specific products or by meeting a particular threshold. 'Free' products are strictly awarded once per order and are subject to availability. Returned orders must also include the return of any free item received, with the exception that the order is partially returned and items being kept by the customer continue to meet the threshold and conditions by which the free item was awarded. Free items must be returned in immaculate condition.
Drop Ship Items
Some of our products are drop-shipped directly to you from the supplier. Currently some Scheppach, some SIP, some Draper and all Zipper, Armorgard and Hyundai items are drop-shipped. Drop-ship items can be spotted by the slightly longer delivery time (e.g. 2-3 days rather than next working day). With these items there will be instructions on the packaging for how to return them. If there are no instructions please contact Toolstop on 0800 107 8665 or email customerservices@toolstop.co.uk for further information. Alternatively, more info can be found on our returns page.
Drop ship items do not qualify for 60 day returns and must be returned within 30 days.
Please note that drop ship items, due to their size and weight, will incur a restocking fee if you decide to cancel or return your order in order to help cover carriage costs. Please read the full product description to make sure you choose the correct item before ordering to help eliminate any additional charges. If you do wish to cancel your order, please notify us as soon as possible.
For Hyundai products, a minimum 5% restocking fee will be charged for items weighing up to 70kg. For items over 70kgs, you would be liable to pay the full cost of return courier charges.
For SIP products, a restocking fee at 15% will be deducted from the credit note, with a minimum carriage charge of £10.
For Scheppach and Zipper products, a restocking fee of 12% of the price paid for the item(s) purchased will apply.
