This Draper tyre changer and wheel balancer kit is suitable for both passenger and LGV wheels
The Draper 16235 is a comprehensive wheel servicing kit. The kit is consisting of a semi-automatic tyre changer and wheel balancer. The tyre changer is capable of removing and replacing tyres on wheels up to 23". It is powered by a fully motorised turntable and fitted with pneumatically operated clamping jaws and bead breaker enabling the changing of conventional tyres quickly and easily. The bead breaker is attached to a large anti-skid rubber pad, which preserves the tyres and rims. Each machine is attached with a self-centring four-jaw chuck guaranteeing that wheel rims are correctly clamped. The alloy rims are treated particularly gently as the mounting head is provided with plastic protectors. The semi-automatic wheel balancer is supplied with calibration weight and is able to balance wheels up to 65kg and 24" in diameter all with an accuracy of 1 gram. It is suitable for passenger and LGV wheel/tyre combinations. Both machines are fitted with a standard 13 amp plug.
