The DUH601Z is a compact and lightweight cordless Hedge Trimmer, with a 600mm cutting edge, powered by an 18V Li-ion LXT slide-type battery (not supplied). It is fitted with a brushless motor, has soft start and a 3 speed plus trigger for optimum control. Constant speed control maintains steady speed under load, to deliver up to 4,400 spm for faster cutting. The DUH601RT has a 5 position rotating rear handle and a double action switch for increased operator safety. A battery protection circuit protects the battery from damage due to over-discharge, overload current and over-heating. The DUH601RT features a reverse rotation button to free the blade if jammed by thick branches, and blade tip guard to protect the blade from unnecessary wear. Triple-edged cutting teeth catch and firmly hold branches with curved blades to reduce friction resistance and suppress energy loss for increasing run time. The machine comes with a Blade Guard. The DUH601 is not compatible with G-Series batteries.
