What solar panels are compatible with Glacier?
Glacier is compatible with any solar panel that has an output of 240W or less. However, EcoFlow recommends using their own solar panels, as they are designed to work specifically with the Glacier fridge freezer.
What is the warranty period for Glacier?
The EcoFlow GLACIER comes with a standard 12-month warranty. Customers who register their product on the EcoFlow website or in the EcoFlow app can extend their warranty by an additional 12 months.
The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship. It does not cover damage caused by misuse, abuse, or neglect.
To register your EcoFlow GLACIER, you will need to provide your product serial number and proof of purchase. You can find your serial number on the back of the product.
What refrigerant does Glacier use?
Glacier uses R600a. R600a, also known as isobutane, is a natural refrigerant that is gaining popularity due to its low Global Warming Potential (GWP). It has a GWP of 3, which is much lower than other common refrigerants such as R134a (GWP of 1430), meaning it has a much smaller impact on the environment.
R600a is less flammable than other common refrigerants, such as propane (R290).
