The Draper 22291 is an expert quality, toolbox on heavy-duty wheels manufactured from tough durable plastic with an integral telescopic transport handle. The tool chest is supplied with tote tray and toolbox lid with a strap for holding a spirit level. The bar locking handle secures the lid which has a padlock eye for security. It features a graduated V groove in the lid for cutting wood etc.
